We are happy to introduce you to a new product from our farm Kitchen: Imeruli Khachapuri.

Imeruli Khachapuri is a delicious Georgian cheese-filled bread. You can eat it as a snack or pair it with a fresh vegetable salad for a full meal.

We made this Georgian bread from a variety of our Farm cheeses and organic products with an extremely small amount of sugar – 0.27 per pastry.

All Main ingredients for the dough:
Organic wheat flour, Sheep’s milk Kefir, Eggs, Grape seed oil, Salt, Organic cane sugar, Baking soda

For Filling: Sheep’s milk, Feta, Caciotta Fresca, Halloumi, Cottage cheese, Ricotta, Eggs.

The ratio of cheese and dough 50 to 50.

To maintain the highest standards of quality and healthiness, our Khachapuri contains only a minimal amount of organic cane sugar, making it a balanced and savory delight for any occasion.

To enjoy the best flavor and texture, we recommend warming up the Imeruli Khachapuri in the oven. Simply preheat your oven to 450F, take the Khachapuri from the vacuum pack, place it on a baking tray, and keep it in the oven for 3-4 minutes. However, the best result is to eat the Khachapuri right away while it’s warm and fresh, allowing you to savor the authentic taste of this traditional Georgian delicacy.

How to Warm Up Your Frozen Khachapuri

When Khachapuri is fully cooked but frozen, it’s essential to ensure it warms through evenly, especially given its cheese-filled nature. The instructions below will help you achieve perfect results:

1  –  Preheat Your Oven:

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to fully preheat.

2  –  Prepare the Khachapuri:

Remove the Khachapuri from its packaging.

Place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

3  –  Reheat:

Bake for 12–15 minutes.

4  –  Check for Warmth:

Insert a knife or skewer into the center.

It should come out hot, ensuring the cheese filling is fully warmed through.

5  –  Serve Hot:

Let it rest for 2 minutes before serving. Pair it with a salad or enjoy it on its own.

Note: Every oven is different, so adjust the temperature and time as needed. Using a microwave is not recommended, as it may result in uneven warming and a less desirable texture.
